Glass balconies
Panels slide and fold, and the balcony becomes a room you use all year round. Drag to open.
Your balcony closes, your view stays open.
Glass balcony systems designed for each home turn the balcony into a bright space you can use in every season. When needed, the panels stack to one side and the balcony is open again.

Frequently asked
What is the difference between folding and sliding glass balconies?
In a folding system the panels stack to one side and the balcony opens fully. In a sliding system the panels run on tracks; it takes less space, but part of the opening stays glazed.
What glass is used?
Toughened glass for safety. Double-glazed systems can be fitted where insulation is needed.
Does a glass balcony insulate against heat loss?
Single-glazed systems keep out wind, rain and dust but do not fully insulate. For balconies used as a room in winter, we recommend double-glazed systems.
Do I need permission in an apartment building?
Because it changes the facade, approval from the other flat owners may be required. We recommend checking your building’s management rules first.
How are the outer faces of the glass cleaned?
In folding systems the panels open inwards, so the outer face can be cleaned from inside. There is no need to reach outside on upper floors.
Can it be used in winter?
Yes. When closed it protects the balcony from wind and rain, so the balcony can be used all year round.
