Aluminium frames are unaffected by sunlight, suit every climate and do not rust. They are three times lighter than steel and, where required, can be stronger than steel. Because aluminium is easy to shape there is a wide choice of models, and it can be recycled again and again.

From survey to handover

Do aluminium frames rust?
No. Aluminium does not rust, is unaffected by sunlight and can be used in any climate.
How does it compare with steel?
It is about three times lighter than steel. Where required, it can be stronger than steel.
Is it environmentally friendly?
Yes. Aluminium can be recycled again and again.
Which opening types are available?
Fixed, side-hung, tilt, tilt-and-turn and sliding systems. We choose together during the survey, based on how the space is used and the size of the frame.
Do you offer thermally broken aluminium?
Yes. In thermally broken profiles the inner and outer aluminium are separated by an insulating barrier. Combined with double glazing, this reduces heat loss.
What colours are available?
Powder-coated RAL colours, anodised finishes and wood-effect finishes.
Can you remove old windows and fit new ones?
Yes. The old frame is removed, the opening is measured and the new frame is installed and sealed. Removal and installation are done by the same team.
